Frequently Asked Questions About Powered Paragliding

Here's how to make your own
Rocky Point, Mexico PPG flight credentials:

First, if you don't already have an A-number, call:

Leah at Aero Sports Connection at 269-781-4021

to get your A-number for Vehicle Registration.  She will give your number to you over the phone if you use a credit card.  Later you will get a full size wall mountable certificate in the mail.

Right click on the certificate, copy it and paste it into a paint program.  Resize the certificate to 200dpi resolution to get it to print the correct size without losing detail.  Remove the Name, Veh Reg Number and Awarded date on this certificate and add your own ASC information and print it.

Right click the Rules List and copy it to a paint program.

Print the certificate and the Rules List.  Cut them out and laminate them back to back to create your own complete certificate.  This is your "license" to fly and the "registration" for your unit.  (I've included a wallet size license, too.)

If you get stopped at the border, tell them you have permission from the Comandante and then have the official call the number for the Peurto Penasco Aeropuerto on the back of your certificate.  As of May 3, 2003 this has been tested and works well.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE DOING THIS, EMAIL ME YOUR INFO AND I'LL BE GLAD TO DO IT FOR YOU.     kcrefacer@qwest.net
